We want you to love your JUDYDOLL products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of purchase for items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, cosmetics must be unopened and unused to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
